We are a British couple and in 2018 we made the decision to sell up in the Uk and move to the beautiful French countryside. After a while in rented accommodation, in 2019 we found our forever home just outside the town of Sauze Vaussais in the Deux sevres department, western France. Like so many others who have moved or brought a second home here in France, We did not think travelling from France to the Uk or vice versa could become so problematic, not only with the Uk leaving the European union and the end of free movement, but the world pandemic. So we decided as we came from a serviced based background in the Uk, maybe we could help and provide a service for homeowners who can't be here permanently or are going away for a few days or weeks.
